The positively driven devices can be used universally with a wide-range supply voltage of 24 to 240 V(AC/DC) and are certified up to SIL 3/ PL e. The coupling relays can switch electrical loads directly. Thanks to their forced operation in accordance with IEC 60947-5-1 (IEC 61810-3), the devices offer safety for people and systems. For example, they enable brakes and doors to be controlled safely and traffic lights, conveyor belts or packaging machines to be switched.

The coupling relays offer additional safety as an output extension of the 'Sirius 3SK' series safety switching devices using a device connector. The coupling relays themselves can be wired vertically thanks to removable terminals with screw connection or spring-cage technology (push-in).
