"The acquisition of BlueBotics is an important strategic step for Zapi Group as it further strengthens our position in the fast-growing field of automated vehicles. As a supplier of components for driverless transportation vehicles, this acquisition allows us to move up the value chain in vehicle navigation and fleet management while expanding the product range for our customers," said Giannino Zanichelli, President of Zapi Group.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, BlueBotics provides autonomous navigation technology ('ANT') that customers need to successfully launch their automated guided vehicles, automated forklifts or mobile robots. Today, more than 3,000 ANT-powered vehicles are in operation worldwide.
