Together with the Taiwanese cobot provider TM Robots, Hilpert is presenting three options for the Techman cobots. Cobotracks is a linear motion plug & play solution that can be used to extend the reach of the collaborative robot. The solution makes it possible to move all TM series cobots via a linear track. The linear axis is available in steel or aluminum and can be used both horizontally and vertically. With its robust design and SEW servo motor, this solution is suitable for applications such as palletizing, welding large parts or polishing. The linear rail is available up to a length of 50 meters.

Another option is Liftkit. Cobots are often used for palletizing, but reach their limits as soon as the pallet stack reaches a certain height. The easy-to-install lift kit extends the reach of every TM cobot. It moves the cobot along a vertical axis, allowing the base of the cobot to be raised or lowered during palletizing. Liftkit includes a lifting column with a mounting interface, a controller and a TM software plug-in for robots so that the movements can be programmed directly via the cobot controller.

In addition to the reach options, a new safety function is also offered. Nabell's Robot Flex is a customized protective suit that can be used with all TM cobots in various industries. The protective suit protects the cobot from dirt and damage in difficult environments - for example moisture and dust as well as spray mist residue during painting or residue from fully automated welding. The protective suit can also be provided with hygienically compatible properties for medical applications.
