Filics at the Logimat 2026
Autonomous pallet handling for confined storage and production environments
Filics presents the latest generation of the 'Filics Unit', which consists of two synchronized, physically separate robots and is designed for ground-based Euro pallet transport.
In future, the application will be extended to other load carriers in warehouses, production facilities and transshipment centers. Thanks to their particularly flat and compact design as well as their 'drive-through concept', processes can be automated efficiently even in tightly structured warehouse and production areas, according to the manufacturer. The most important innovations include: a reduced vehicle height for greater variance in load carriers, new lifting modules for higher payloads and the safe transport of even sensitive or heavy goods, an optimized laser scanner arrangement for a better field of vision, more precise localization and higher travel speeds even in tight environments, software developed from scratch, including for efficient navigation in tight, complex layouts, and VDA 5050 compatibility for connection to existing fleet management systems by external partners.
