The intuitive software for online and offline programming with simulation 'RT-ToolBox 3' from Mitsubishi enables simple programming, flexible adaptation and seamless communication with other systems. Integrated AI support optimizes motion sequences and can, for example, integrate 3D system data to enable precise movements and collision avoidance. Gripper models can also be included in the simulation. The 'R86TB Teaching Box' enables the RT Toolbox3 functions to be used directly on the robot. With the more powerful 3D simulation software 'Melsoft-Gemini', processes can be set up directly in a 3D simulation environment, which enables pre-checking and optimization in the simulation without real components. The result can be integrated directly into the software and motion sequences.
