The cover material of the silicone keyboard from Gebe is made of latex-free silicone, which is suitable for disinfection or cleaning in an autoclave or thermodisinfector. The cover is designed for long-term use and is supplied as an optional accessory.

The DIN IP68-protected silicone keyboard is equipped with a USB port and is also available with a built-in touchpad. The sterile silicone keyboard gives the user the feeling of a modern laptop keyboard, while at the same time offering a high degree of protection and withstanding regular disinfection. The so-called 'TruLock' mechanism allows it to be locked during the cleaning process to prevent unnecessary entries or commands. The device is certified according to DIN EN60601 and supports all common operating systems.
