Safe operation thanks to haptic elements

The scalable Ketop APxx panel line from Keba offers real-time multi-touch and the associated real-time widgets, which safely and directly translate hand movements into machine movements.

The predefined real-time widgets are intended to replace cost-intensive, mechanical operating elements. Differences in the panel variants are implemented in the software. Printed, haptic elements enable safe operation, even if the user takes their eyes off the control panel. The haptic printing of widgets is felt by the user and provides tactile orientation. This allows the position in the user interface to be felt. With the help of this haptic perception, it should now be possible to look at the machine and operate it as usual. The color, logo and extension panels can be customized. A central styling mechanism enables consistent adaptation to the corporate design. The multi-touch gestures integrated in the KeStudio ViewEdit software and the wide range of graphical options make it very easy and quick to create new types of HMI applications. A central styling mechanism provides a wide range of options for creating visualizations according to individual design requirements. Modern graphic effects such as shadows, blurring, reflections, transitions and 3D effects can be used thanks to the integrated high-performance GPU.
