Only three fingers wide

The smallest variant from Electronic Assembly's new uniTFTs series is only three fingers wide, yet the capacitive touch display offers a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels on its 2-inch screen diagonal.

Diagonals of 2.8 inches (320 x 240), 3.5 inches (480 x 320) and 4.3 inches (480 x 272) are also available. The color displays have IPS panels with AACS technology (All Angle Color Stability). Contrast and colors therefore remain virtually unchanged even at extreme viewing angles. With a typical brightness of 1000 cd/m² and more, the displays are high-contrast and clear to read even in direct sunlight, according to the manufacturer.

All screens are equipped with an optically bonded, capacitive touch surface, which enables direct and intuitive interaction, even with multiple gestures. Thanks to the integrated I/O and fast graphics controller, stand-alone applications can be realized with the touch displays without additional hardware.

Extensive graphics functions help developers to program touch and display functions as well as animations with the included Windows tool 'uniTFTDesigner'. All displayed objects can be animated.

With USB, RS232, SPI and I²C, the devices have all common serial interfaces. Four analog inputs and eight freely definable I/O interfaces are used to record data and output control commands.
The I/Os can be expanded to up to 136.
