Install without mounting bracket
Distec presents the new POS-Line V2 series with industrial monitors from 15 to 24 inches. According to the manufacturer, their aluminum housing offers a robust, high-quality powder-coated surface.
This reduces the overall weight of the monitors by around 50% compared to the previous version. It also enables use in ambient temperatures of up to 60 °C and offers front-side IP protection up to IP65 thanks to the closed housing. The new front options can be connected to the OpenFrame devices without a mounting bracket. The PCAP touch technology recognizes up to 10 fingers simultaneously. The PrismaMEDIA-ECO video card offers DisplayPort, HDMI and VGA connections. The manufacturer is also showing suitable PC platforms for the new series: in the lower performance range, an Atom Baytrail architecture with 4 CPU cores. Current Core i5/i7 CPUs are available in the upper performance range. Distec can install a Windows operating system ex works on request.
