The converter has four channels that can be configured independently of each other as analog or digital inputs or outputs. There is also a switching output equipped with a solid-state relay. Drago 's cross-port technology allows the various ports to be combined with each other as required. In this way, various device functions can be implemented, such as isolating amplifiers, inverse isolating amplifiers, signal splitters, signal comparators or limit value switches. Arithmetic and Boolean functions are also available. The user configures the signal converter in the 'Dragoset' PC software. All parameters can be set here, the channels configured and the functions programmed. A USB interface cable is supplied for connecting the function signal converter. The signal converter is housed in a 12.5 mm wide top-hat rail housing. The programming interface is located on the front of the housing. The inputs and outputs located on the top and bottom of the housing are galvanically isolated and are therefore protected against overvoltage, short circuits and polarity reversal.
