Field-ready and battery-powered
Meilhaus offers the 'Metrahit' AM, PM and IM multimeter series from GMC-I/Gossen Metrawatt. The 'AM' series provides TRMS (True Root Mean Square) universal multimeters with 12,000 digits digital display and consists of the 'AM Base', 'AM Pro', 'AM Tech' and 'AM Xtra' devices.
All devices are suitable for field use and are battery powered.
The 'PM' series provides high-end TRMS digital multimeters with ±60,000/310,000 digits digital display and consists of the 'PM Tech', 'PM Xtra', 'PM Prime' and 'PM Prime BT' devices. All devices are equipped with an IR interface, are suitable for use in the field and are battery-powered.
The multimeters in the 'IM' series are all-in-one devices (insulation tester, milliohm meter, short circuit tester and universal multimeter); the series consists of the 'IM Xtra BT' and 'E-Drive BT' models. According to Meilhaus, both models, in conjunction with the optional 'Coil Test Adapter', enable short-circuit measurements in the inductance range and carry out insulation tests with test voltages from 50 to 1000 V. The IM series multimeter is suitable for field use in maintenance, service and diagnostics on electrical machines, drives and systems.
