Entry into automated 3D measurement technology
GOM presents a mobile measuring station with a collaborative robot. Equipped with a motorized rotary table and software including a virtual measuring room, the ScanCobot enables entry into automated 3D measurement technology.
The measuring station is combined with the provider's 'Atos Core 3D' measuring system.
provider. With dimensions of 975 mm × 755 mm and a working height of 1000 mm, the mobile measuring station fits into the smallest of measuring rooms. The attached castors allow it to be moved directly to the location where the next measuring task awaits.
The system is equipped with the provider 's latest inspection software, including a virtual measuring room (VMR) and a kiosk interface. This makes it easy to operate, even for users without specialist knowledge.
The 'Inspect Software' handles measurement planning, digitization and inspection simultaneously. The virtual measuring room fully replicates the real measuring environment and the measuring process and executes it automatically.
