Connect any sensors

The Almemo 710 data logger from Ahlborn offers ten galvanically isolated measurement inputs. Sensors for any measured variables can be connected and evaluated. This applies to sensors from the manufacturer as well as to existing sensors from any other manufacturer.

A large graphic display shows measured values and functions in the best possible way and is operated via a touchscreen. According to the manufacturer, the menu navigation is simple and clearly structured: Measurement, peak, average and limit values can be displayed in lists, bar charts and line graphs. Users can even configure their own menu to display the parameters required for their application. For evaluation on a PC, the measurement data is stored in an 8 MByte flash memory, which can also be activated as a ring memory. If the memory space becomes too small with a measuring speed of up to 1000 measurements per second or autonomous long-term recording in sleep mode, external memory with a MicroSD card can simply be plugged in. In addition, the measuring device is now equipped with a new connector type with integrated A/D converter and serial interface. The advantages of this Almemo D7 connector are the digitized sensor signals, any length of connection cable and the simple replacement of defective, calibrated sensors.
