Endress+Hauser
Change at the top of Analytik Jena
There is a change at the top of Analytik Jena: Managing Director Ulrich Krauss is leaving the company. Oliver Klaeffling takes his place.
The Endress+Hauser Group is placing the management of its subsidiary Analytik Jena, which specializes in laboratory analysis, in the hands of Oliver Klaeffling as of 1 February 2023. Klaeffling (53) has worked for the pharmaceutical company Merck in various positions in Germany and the USA since 2004. Most recently, he was Head of the Merck Innovation Center in Darmstadt. His predecessor Ulrich Krauss had been a member of the Analytik Jena management team since 2015 and took over as CEO in 2016.
Klaeffling will be supported by the existing five-member management team. Analytik Jena plays an important role for Endress+Hauser in its strategic goal of supporting customers from the laboratory to production. The Group is currently investing 50 million euros in a modern company campus in Jena-Göschwitz; a new production building is to be built in Ilmenau for 27 million euros.
