Automated quality assurance
Creaform introduces three new solutions for automated quality assurance: a new model of the MetraSccan-R Black | Elite HD, a new version of the VXelements software platform and a fully customizable layout of the 3D scanning CMM Cube-R.
The new solutions also include an updated version of the VXscan-R module, designed specifically for customized layouts of automated 3D scanning cells while maintaining the ease of use of its digital twin programming. According to Creaform, the MetraScan-R BLACK Ι Elite HD offers an optimized field of view for improved performance levels in applications such as 3D measurement of sheet metal parts. With its 69 laser lines and 3 million measurements/second, this 3D scanner is particularly suitable for parts with many edges, trims and borders. The intuitive VXscan-R software module allows you to record the individual features of a 3D scanning CMM (housing, robot base, rotary table, etc.) for easy programming.
