Production managers receive the current live status of the connected machinery and critical systems in the production environment in real time at a glance. Impending malfunctions and machine failures can be identified immediately and downtimes minimized. Membrain's tool is a stationary solution for monitoring and controlling the digital factory. A direct connection of machines and control systems to the ERP system (SAP) automates and optimizes processes. In the event of malfunctions or defined events, such as falling below target values, messages are automatically generated in real time and actions are initiated directly (e.g. machine stop). Thanks to OPC-capable modules, machines can be connected quickly and machine data can be read, processed, analyzed and documented in a structured manner. The MQTT protocol is also supported.
