The Deleco ERP software from Delta Barth Systemhaus combines the processes of merchandise management, project and maintenance management and production control in a single solution.
All information is brought together centrally and all of a company's work processes are coordinated. For the simple transfer of production data to the ERP software, there is a solution together with Highway, a provider of mobile data acquisition (MDA). Production data can be transferred directly from the factory floor to the ERP system. Production data such as material consumption or production and set-up times are recorded by the worker using mobile handheld scanners and sent to 'Deleco' via WLAN. In this way
According to Delta Barth, all information is assigned to the production documents in the ERP system and booked accordingly.
Mobile data transfer via MDE scanners is also a benefit in terms of warehouse management: all warehouse bookings are recorded paperlessly and in real time. This means that the stock lists are always up to date and the storage locations and quantities of certain items can be called up using the scanner.
