Digital consistency in engineering
Cenit is launching release R2020.7 of 'Fastsuite E2' on the market. According to the provider, this version of the 3D software closes the gap between design and production planning.
Functions such as the geometry comparison of component versions enable users to manage the complete life cycle of products and workpieces with design changes and variants during an automation project. To organize the different stages of a product across a manufacturing process, CENIT 's release offers the ability to define a hierarchical group of part versions that represent the same product in the simulation.
Other components of the release include the functionality to create circular interlinking movements between operations. In addition, the existing surface and side tangent operations now also support linear and circular approximations for calculating tool path movements.
