Eric Verniaut becomes new CEO at Pro Alpha
Eric Verniaut will become the new CEO of the Pro Alpha Group on February 1, 2020. He succeeds Friedrich Neumeyer, who is stepping down from the management board.
Verniaut will drive the further development and international growth of the Pro-Alpha Group in the future. He will be supported by Patrick Klein (Chief Financial Officer), Nicolás Steib (Chief Operating Officer), Andree Stachowski (Chief Sales Officer), Gunnar Schug (Chief Technology Officer) and Michael Finkler (Business Development). Friedrich Neumeyer, who has held the position of CEO since 2014, is leaving the company.
Verniaut knows the industry. He has already gained international management experience, most recently at Blue Prism in the UK. Prior to that, he worked for SAP for eight years in various management roles in sales and consulting, including Head of Innovation Sales and Executive Vice President EMEA Industry. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer/Chief Business Officer for EMEA, MEE and Greater China, reporting directly to the SAP Executive Board.
