The Jetter name disappears
Jetter and Futronic have been part of Bucher Industries for ten years and are part of the Bucher Specials division. On July 1, 2023, the companies will now take a further integration step by changing their name to Bucher Automation.
All companies of the Jetter Group, which includes Jetter AG, Futronic, Jetter China and Jetter Hungary, will in future operate together as Bucher Automation. In this way, the solution portfolio will grow: The glass segment will be strengthened and, from Jetter's point of view, the recycling segment will be added. The production sites in Ludwigsburg and Tettnang on Lake Constance and in Hungary will be retained.
Bucher Industries unites brands such as the Kuhn Group as a manufacturer of agricultural machinery, Bucher Municipal in the field of municipal vehicles and Bucher Hydraulics as a specialist for electronic and hydraulic components under one roof. "Bucher Industries has a clear Group strategy of decentralized management," explains Christian Benz, CEO of Jetter. "We will therefore retain our independence. We are also an important company for the Group: we supply a large part of the Group with automation solutions."
