New position for Dr. Klaus Kluger
Industrial automation specialist Omron Electronics has expanded the role of Dr. Klaus Kluger, who is now General Manager of the Central and Eastern Europe regions.
Previously, Klaus Kluger held the position of Managing Director Europe at Omron Adept Technologies. Following the integration of Omron Adept Technologies into Omron, he took on his new role as General Manager Central Region in April 2017. He has now been General Manager Central Eastern Europe since May 2018. In this position, he is responsible for the markets of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania. The decision for joint management was made due to similar market situations in Central and Eastern Europe.
Omron was founded in 1933 and employs around 36,000 people. The company offers its sensor and controlling technologies in over 117 countries and regions.
