Managing Board expanded
Kontron expands the Management Board with Philipp Schulz and Dr. Johannes Fues. As COO, Schulz will be responsible for the Aerospace and North America business units, while Dr. Fues will assume the position of COO for the GreenTec business unit.
As COO, Philip Schulz is responsible for the Aerospace and North America division at Kontron.
© KontronPhilipp Schulz has been with Kontron since October 2022 and has been Head of the North America division since January 1, 2024. Previously, he worked for Kontron at Voestalpine for more than 15 years in various management positions.
Dr. Johannes Fues has already worked for well-known management consultancies on reorganization and transformation projects. At Primepulse, he was responsible for Asset Management & Operations as a member of the management board. In his role as CFO of Katek, Fues was responsible for all financial issues as well as environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues.
At the same time, the contract of Michael Riegert, member of the Management Board and COO of the Industrial division at Kontron, was extended by three years.
