According to the manufacturer, the 'JetControl 440MC' is also characterized by its high performance and compact design. The controller is particularly suitable for computing-intensive, extensive applications and thus opens the door to motion control functionality in conjunction with servo amplifiers from Jetter's JetMove 1000/3000 series. This makes it easy to program axis groups and complex path controls.

With the integrated automation concepts including motion control controllers, packaging machines can be realized with perfect synchronization of all automation components. The motion control systems integrate PLC, technological functions of drives and path control into one system. Sequentially processed tasks simplify the conversion of machine sequences into control programs. The STX programming language, based on IEC 61131-3, provides a single language for all automation functions. Transparent access to all system elements and consistency in programming significantly reduce programming and commissioning times.
