Wago is thus rounding off the automation portfolio below the 'PFC200' family. Thanks to its design as a DIN 43880-compliant DIN rail-mounted device, the new controller can also be installed in small distribution boards. The I/O unit is housed together with the controller in a compact housing and therefore requires no additional space for other control components. The wiring level is removable, which is advantageous during installation and facilitates device replacement. The 'Compact Controller 100' can be freely programmed in accordance with IEC 61131 using Codesys V3. Extensive IEC libraries and IEC macros simplify the creation of applications. The device works with a real-time Linux operating system and supports common fieldbus protocols.
