Blake Moret replaces Keith Nosbusch as CEO
With effect from July 1, 2016, the Supervisory Board of Rockell Automation has appointed Blake Moret (53) as the new President and CEO. He succeeds Keith Nosbusch (65).
Keith Nosbusch, who has held the position of CEO at Rockwell Automation since 2004, will remain associated with the company as Chairman of the Supervisory Board after July 1, 2016. His successor Blake Moret has been with the company for 30 years. He has many years of experience in sales and management positions in various product, service and solutions businesses at Rockwell Automation. He began his career as a sales trainee in 1985 and later held management positions, including overseas assignments to Europe and Canada. In 2011, he was named Senior Vice President of Control Products & Solutions, one of the company's two business units with revenues of $3.6 billion in fiscal 2015.
Moret graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. He also served as Chairman of the Manufacturing Institute of the National Association of Manufacturers. In addition, he is a member of the Board of Directors for the Milwaukee-based Urban Ecology Center.
