It is also equipped with two Gigabit network connections, four USB interfaces, one DisplayPort and several serial interfaces.

Thanks to its compact size, the embedded controller series is suitable for installation in confined spaces. The POC-40 was primarily developed as a mobile gateway for applications such as production data acquisition and edge computing in harsh environments.

All POC-40 models are designed for DIN rail mounting, allowing easy access to I/O ports, including two Gigabit Ethernet, four USB (2.0/3.1 Gen1), four COM and optional isolated DIO ports for data exchange and control.

The industrial-grade fanless computer allows operation in a wide temperature range from -25 to +70 °C. In accordance with the US military standard (MIL-STD-810G/Method 514.6), the POC-40 is certified for operation in high-vibration environments.
