Processes monitored in real time

Digitalization requires the right information in the right place at the right time. Eckelmann has therefore introduced a 'Machine Management' system based on OPC UA and modern web technologies for the operational optimization of production processes.

This allows machines to be networked regardless of the manufacturer. Production processes can be monitored in real time, whether on a PC, tablet or smartphone with companion apps. Tools for production planning and optimization, order management, etc. are available for active store floor management.
The integrated production data acquisition (PDA) and reports on machine utilization ensure greater transparency. Thanks to OPC UA, store floor data can also be provided for higher-level systems (ERP, MES, cloud applications, etc.) via the MMS.
