Frank Steinhoff is the new Managing Director
On November 1, 2019, Frank Steinhoff took over the position of Managing Director at Softing Industrial Automation at its headquarters in Haar near Munich.
As the new Managing Director, Frank Steinhoff is responsible for the operational and strategic business of the company and reports directly to Dr. Wolfgang Trier, CEO of Softing AG and previously sole Managing Director of Softing Industrial Automation. Steinhoff brings experience from medium-sized and group-oriented companies to the company: Among other things, he was a member of the management team at Endress+Hauser (E+H), where he was responsible for global research and development as well as industrial engineering at E+H Flowtec AG. On behalf of the Endress family, he founded the corporate start-up TrueDyneSensors for E+H, which addresses the technology area of silicon-based microsensors. Most recently, he held the position of COO & CTO of the Knoll group of companies.
