Zebra Technologies at Vision 2024
Deep learning tools for image processing
Zebra will showcase end-to-end machine vision solutions with AI at Vision 2024. It will show how industrial manufacturers can equip their engineers, programmers and data scientists with flexible deep learning machine vision solutions - on devices, PCs and production lines, and across multiple sites.
"The latest and greatest deep learning machine vision systems also need the best options for ease of setup and operation," says Donato Montanari, Vice President and General Manager of Machine Vision at Zebra Technologies. "Manufacturers can use deep learning - from out-of-the-box tools for non-experts to advanced tool sets for data scientists - to build better connected factories and develop collaborative teams."
Demos on industrial image processing
As the 'Manufacturing Vision Study 2024' by Zebra shows, 54% of manufacturers in Europe (61% worldwide) expect AI to drive growth by 2029. 36% already use deep learning for process automation, 63% plan to implement it in the next five years.
Over a dozen machine vision hardware and software demos will be presented at Zebra's booth B40, Hall 8, to illustrate flexibility and performance. Other demos will include PC-based and FS42 camera-based optical character recognition (OCR) with deep learning, anomaly detection with deep learning on an intelligent image sensor and the use of Aurora Vision Studio on a conveyor belt. In addition, 3D sensors from the 3S series and AltiZ devices with Aurora software for 3D inspection will be presented.
Vision 2024 will take place in Stuttgart from October 8 to 10.
