Based on a 10 µm pixel design and a resolution of 1280 × 1024 pixels, the image sensor offers high sensitivity and a closed global shutter mode on the chip, which enables scan times of up to 42 ns.

According to the manufacturer, the sensor's design offers greater adaptability to different scenarios with precise 3D information recognition and 1.3 MP depth resolution, scene capture with a large field of view in 2D as well as 3D, and real-time 3D image capture with a depth map of over 30 fps in four-phase operation.

The sensor comes with an evaluation kit with a compact 1-inch module calibrated in optics format that includes a light source for close-range infrared illumination. In addition, it contains an optical system specially designed for implementing the time-of-flight principle at close range up to 5 m or at medium range up to 10 m.

You will find Teledyne e2v in Hall 4, Stand 308
