The variety of supported heat sources enables detection on different materials. The LockIn basic solutions as well as the process-based or pulse-based detection of internal structures are easier to realize. With the new application, different paint layers or structural damage in the carbon fiber material as well as any kind of voids in parts can be detected.
With the support of various thermal imaging camera manufacturers, EVT can find the right combination of camera and heat source or passive heat. Thermal imaging faults can be detected by the vision software. For efficient fault detection, EVT offers users a new intelligent thermal imaging camera combined with an industry standard camera. 'EyeVision 4' is integrated into this camera.
