Can be used in harsh industrial environments
Evotron launches LED line lighting for industrial applications in machine vision, image processing and automation.
The range starts with 50 models from the EvotronLight L-14 series, which offer a shatterproof clear glass cover and a light beam angle of 30° with an active light surface width of 14 mm. With a cross-section of 17 mm × 17 mm, they are available in lengths from 40 to 400 mm with a 40 mm pitch. Standard wavelengths are 645 nm (red), 520 nm (green), 465 nm (blue), white (cx=0.33 cy=0.33) and 860 nm (IR). Other wavelengths and product variants are available on request. The connection to a power source is made via a standard M8 robotic cable suitable for drag chains. With active reverse polarity and ESD protection, the lights are suitable for harsh industrial environments. Additional protection is provided by the borosilicate glass cover of the lighting, which has a high, consistent transmission factor over the entire wavelength range and is scratch and impact resistant. All lighting is designed with IP67 protection. A novelty for line lighting is the swivel bracket included in the accessories, which enables the lighting to be swiveled invariantly around the light axis of the LED light sources. When rotated, the light axis always remains in the same position.
