What technological priorities will you be focusing on as a company over the next 12 months?

We are continuously developing both our product range and our online store automation24.de in order to always be the right partner for our customers. We offer pre-selected products from various categories of industrial automation technology. The complete range for automation technology currently includes over 5,000 branded items - from sensors to control cabinets.

In the Automation24 online store, we support our customers in their search for the right product not only with practical manufacturer pages, comprehensive product descriptions and documentation, but also with numerous smart features. In addition to automatic quotation generation in the online store, the option to create various project lists and practical accessory recommendations based on technical features, many other functions ensure a convenient shopping experience.

Over the next 12 months, we want to pay particular attention to topics such as safety technology, process automation and IoT.

What advantages do you see in virtual interaction with customers and users?

As an online store, we have been in virtual contact with our customers since the beginning and can answer product-related, technical and general questions quickly and individually thanks to our Service Center. Our experienced service staff are always available via live chat, telephone, e-mail or fax. For application consulting, demo boards are used to reproduce customer questions and test possible solutions.

What can visitors expect at your virtual trade fair stand?

At the Automation24 stand, our visitors can find out about our online store, our product range, our variety of brands and our advantages as a partner for automation technology. Our visitors will also get an overview of the products that will help them get off to the perfect start in Industry 4.0.
