The IIoT Building Blocks from iT Engineering Software Innovations support the entire process of industrial data processing - from the collection of data to its evaluation.
A combination of software components and open source technologies is used in the three modules 'Collect', 'Explore' and 'Improve'. In the first step, the 'Data Collector' and 'Collector App' software tools from iT Engineering Software Innovations collect large, high-frequency data volumes on the store floor, including from machines from different manufacturers and generations. In the 'Explore' module, relevant data is visually processed on customizable dashboards and evaluated in a structured manner. The last step, 'Improve', is where the value-adding benefit is created: the extraction of information and creation of forecasts through statistical evaluations and the training of suitable machine learning models.
Typical IIoT use cases such as condition monitoring, predictive maintenance or track and trace solutions can be implemented.
