App solution for E-CAD

With the 'Cabinet AR App' as part of WSCAD's E-CAD solution, assembly departments, plant engineers, facility managers and maintenance and servicing companies have access to digital wiring lists, electrical engineering plans, 3D views and item data anytime and anywhere.

The latest version of the app from WSCAD offers various features that make working more efficient. These include the redlining function with PDF export, a user-friendly UI/UX design and a search function that allows information to be found quickly within the plans. The term redlining originally comes from the printing and publishing industry. It is used to highlight changes to technical drawings, plans, contracts or other documents and make them immediately recognizable to everyone. This is now also possible in electrical engineering documents. Changes and comments can be made on the spot and are immediately available to everyone involved, including the design departments. This simplifies communication, creates transparency and ensures traceability.
