Management change at Fortec

Sandra Maile and Bernhard Staller were appointed to the Fortec Executive Board on July 1, 2017. Dieter Fischer, Chairman of the Management Board for many years, retired on June 30.

The new management team at Fortec: Bernhard Staller, Sandra Maile, Jörg Traum (from left to right)

Sandra Maile (Managing Director of the subsidiaries Autronic and Alltronic s.r.o.) and Bernhard Staller (Managing Director of the subsidiary Data Display) form the new management team of the Fortec Group together with the former CEO Jörg Traum.

Sandra Maile will assume the position of Spokeswoman of the Management Board and will be responsible for FIBU & Controlling, Human Resources, Quality Management, IT and Capital Market Communications. From 2018, she will also be responsible for setting up a central marketing department.

Bernhard Staller is responsible for the Display Technology & Embedded division. Staller manages various locations in Germany and is responsible for the subsidiaries in the UK and the USA.

Jörg Traum's area of responsibility has also been expanded as a result of the new division of the Management Board. Previously responsible for the distribution of Power Supplies, he has assumed overall responsibility for the Power Supplies division since July 1. In addition to the German locations, Traum is also responsible for the subsidiary in Switzerland.
