The marine-compliant power supply meets the requirements of EMC class B without external filters and can be used directly on the bridge and on deck. The power supply unit offers high immunity to transients and voltage peaks as well as a robust aluminum housing. It provides the full output power of 480 W even at fluctuating ambient temperatures between -40 and +60 °C.

Puls 's comprehensive approval package includes Marine DNV, Marine ABS and ATEX. An integrated decoupling MOSFET enables safe 1+1 and n+1 redundancy between the power supplies, which ensures the availability of all necessary systems in the event of a fault. The 'CP20.245-R2' is based on the industrial version of the 'CP20', with an efficiency of 95.2 %. The power reserve of 20 % has also been adopted from the basic version.
