The converter from Bicker Elektronik is equipped with a wide-range input of 6 to 36 V(DC) and is therefore suitable for use in mobile applications with a 12 or 24 V on-board power supply as well as for industrial applications that are subject to strong fluctuations in the DC supply voltage. On the output side, the DC/DC converter allows a flexible choice between 12 V, 19 V or 24 V DC voltages. In 24/7 continuous operation, the DC/DC converter provides its full power without a fan in the extended temperature range of -20 to +60 °C. With an operating altitude of up to 5000 m, it is suitable for a wide range of operating conditions. In addition to the jumper-selectable DC output voltage, it offers a remote on/off function (active low logic) for external control of the converter. A remote sense input is available for effective compensation of the voltage drop with long output cables.
