Uwe Gräff new to the Executive Board
On January 1, 2019, Uwe Gräff was appointed Chief Technology & Quality Officer at the Harting Technology Group. He took over the position from Dr. Frank Brode.

© HartingUwe Gräff joined the technology group as Managing Director at the beginning of 2015, where he was initially responsible for the Market and Development divisions at Harting Electric and the Development division at Harting Electronics. Until the end of December 2018, he was Managing Director of Harting Electric and Harting IT Software Development at the Espelkamp-based family business. After studying engineering in communications technology at the University of Applied Sciences in Bingen and gaining his first professional experience in an engineering office, Gräff joined Festo in Esslingen in 1993. He worked here until the end of 2014, most recently as 'Director of Global Development Automation'.
Gräff succeeds Dr. Frank Brode. After joining the Technology Group in July 2011, he had continuously developed the standards for quality in particular. The construction and opening of the Quality and Technology Center (HQT) took place during his time.
As a supplier of industrial connection technology, Harting has 13 production sites and branches in 43 countries. The company also manufactures checkout zones for the retail sector, electromagnetic actuators for automotive and industrial series production as well as hardware and software for customers and applications in areas such as automation technology, robotics and transportation. Around 5,000 employees generated a turnover of 762 million euros in the last financial year.
