Seal-free suction lance
Elobau launches the eloLance suction lance for use in interchangeable canisters. Suction lances combine the functions of liquid removal and level measurement.
According to Elobau, the low withdrawal point of eloLance enables economical, sustainable handling of liquids and reduces the residual quantities in the container. Thanks to the seal-free design, users do not need media-specific seals or different variants for liquid removal. The freely adjustable clamping cone allows the suction lance to be adapted to the height of the canister. The suction lance is available in lengths from 260 mm to 1200 mm.
The low extraction point leaves only a small residual quantity, so that users can use the canisters economically and sustainably. To prevent the pump from running dry, the suction lance emits a pre-empty and empty signal. The pre-empty signal is given at a liquid level of 77 mm, the empty signal at 22 mm. A modular hose connection concept enables the hose to be changed using self-sealing and replaceable hose connectors.
