When automation solutions for implementing functional safety become the target of hacker attacks, safety and security must go hand in hand. A joint strategy must therefore be developed for the future. The web session will explain how this can work and what needs to be considered.

Carsten Gregorius, Senior Specialist in Product Marketing Safety and Dr. Lutz Jänicke, Corporate Product & Solution Security Officer at Phoenix Contact, welcome you to the presentation "Safety meets Security - why cyber security is a basic requirement for functional safety".

Date: November 26, SPS Connect - 4:15 - 4:35 p.m.
