Based in Villingen-Schwenningen, the company specializes in embedded systems and print technologies. Founded in 1996, the company with its current 24 employees has developed from a development service provider to a system supplier. With these focal points, the new subsidiary, which will operate under the name Phoenix Contact Identification in future, complements the Phoenix Contact Group's product and service portfolio in the marking and installation business segment. A systemic approach will be pursued to offer software, hardware and services as a comprehensive solution for the user. In particular, the newly acquired expertise in UV LED printing technology will expand the Phoenix Contact Group's range of products and services.

The new subsidiary will continue to offer its products and services on the market via its own sales channels.
