Jens Mirau joins the management team
CTX Thermal Solutions has appointed Jens Mirau as a member of the management board alongside founder and managing partner Wilfried Schmitz.
Mirau worked for many years in management positions in international corporations and medium-sized companies. In future, he will be responsible for operational activities at CTX. In future, Wilfried Schmitz will concentrate on the further development of strategic topics.
Mirau will continue to expand the existing business areas and open up new target markets: "These include the areas of digitalization, e-mobility, Industry 4.0 and agriculture," says Jens Mirau. The 52-year-old was Managing Director Germany and Europe at the Japanese JUKI Group - a manufacturer of systems for electronics production - for many years. He also managed the company EWAB Engineering, whose customers include the automotive and agricultural industries.
