EMC safety included

In order to achieve reliable EMC protection in environments where electromagnetic interference occurs, Pflitsch has developed the Uni ProTect EMC, which ensures EMC protection at the fitting and in the corrugated pipe.

This means that even unshielded cables can be upgraded to be EMC-safe. The corrugated conduit is provided with an internal metal braid for this purpose. For fittings, there is a version with conical contact, especially for applications in robotics/automation. A version with spring contact from the 'Uni HF Dicht' range offers EMC shielding even for larger cable diameters.

During installation, the cable shield and cable sheath can be routed directly, as the cable shield does not need to be separated at the contact point. The 'ProTect EMC' fitting with multiple contacts is available for the EMC-safe installation of several cables, whereby the various cable shields are contacted separately by individual 'TRI' springs. This Pflitsch solution is manufactured to customer specifications according to the cable cross-sections used.
