Tandem transport for excess lengths
Bosch Rexroth is launching the latest edition of the TS 5 transfer system for heavy loads. Among other things, it enables tandem transport for excess lengths, which is of particular interest to users in the automotive sector.
The system also offers the option of connecting to i4.0 tools, for example to visualize production processes in real time. In conjunction with the MTpro planning tool, the transfer system allows the realization of any layout that can map a load spectrum beyond 400 kg. New modules of the system can be combined with each other as required: For example, a 3-way diverter, a rotary unit, a face drive and a compact stopper cylinder can be integrated into the system. The range of variations is supported by features such as ESD capability, suitability for harsh or oily environments or the option of use in a dry room.
