Bosch Rexroth, ServiceNow and the Next Level Mittelstand initiative have agreed to work together to expand the any.site AI network. The network is designed to support companies in the mechanical engineering and manufacturing sectors in using knowledge more efficiently and making it available digitally.

any.site connects machine manufacturers, service providers and production teams via AI-supported knowledge assistants. These are accessible via a portal and will also be integrated into the ServiceNow AI Platform in the future. The target group is particularly specialists in commissioning and maintenance who can access technical information more quickly.

"We built any.site to put the concentrated know-how about machines into the hands of the people who need it every day. The greatest lever for efficiency is not for everyone to keep their knowledge to themselves, but to network it intelligently. any.site is the answer to proprietary systems - a network that benefits everyone," summarizes Thomas Fechner, member of the Bosch Rexroth Executive Board and responsible for factory automation.

The planned integration into the ServiceNow AI Platform is intended to bring existing IT and OT processes closer together. Users will be able to access content from the network via an application in the ServiceNow Store. Among other things, machine documentation, service data and repair instructions will be integrated into digital workflows in order to standardize processes and reduce downtimes.

The Next Level Mittelstand initiative plays a supporting role in the introduction. It provides guidelines, workstreams and models for implementation to make it easier for small and medium-sized companies in particular to get started with AI applications. The aim is a gradual introduction from pilot projects to scalable use.

Technically, any.site is based on AI-supported knowledge bots that combine various data sources. These include manufacturer documentation, service information and data from production. On this basis, service staff receive specific recommendations for action, for example for fault diagnosis or spare parts procurement. The application will initially focus on commissioning and maintenance, but will eventually cover the entire product life cycle.

Companies can already test the network. Further packages are planned for integration into existing systems, particularly for customers of the ServiceNow platform.
