Schaeffler seeks new Chief Financial Officer
After one year with the company, CFO Dr. Klaus Patzak is leaving Schaeffler at his own request.
Dr. Klaus Patzak, Chief Financial Officer at Schaeffler, will leave the Group with effect from July 31, 2021. The Supervisory Board has approved Patzak's request to this effect. The separation was made by mutual agreement, according to the company announcement. A successor is not named.
Dr. Patzak took over the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with responsibility for Finance & IT as a member of the Executive Board on 1 August 2020. His previous positions include Managing Director at Siemens Gas and Power Management and Chief Financial Officer at Osram Licht and Bilfinger.
