Lenze at the Logimat 2024
Motorized pulley with 24 V or 48 V
The 'Motorized Roller o450' for direct integration into the conveyor system from Lenze has an output of 115 W and is therefore, according to the manufacturer, more than twice as powerful as comparable systems on the market.
Due to the special design, the motor has significantly lower copper and iron losses overall, which means that less heat is generated in the roller. This in turn has a positive effect on efficiency, as cooler copper windings have a lower resistance (and therefore lower copper losses) and cooler magnets have a higher magnetic flux linkage (and can therefore achieve the same torque with a lower current). Depending on the speed, the motorized roller would therefore meet efficiency classes IE7 to IE9, according to Lenze. The motorized roller can handle up to 30 kg. The motor transfers its rotational energy via its rotor directly to the conveyed goods or the conveyor belt. The destruction motor itself combines a 3-phase AC motor with a loss-free magnetic gearbox. The motorized roller operates at 24 V or 48 V.
