The plastic bearings are equipped with stainless steel races and balls, making them a cost-effective alternative to stainless steel slewing rings. According to the company, the slewing rings are around 20 % lighter than comparable products made of aluminum. The plastic bearings will initially be available in ball circle diameters (KK Ø) of 100, 150 and 200 mm. In addition to the standard series, there are also variants with toothing.

Other features include adjustable rotational resistance, low moisture absorption, chemical resistance, seawater resistance and dirt resistance. The company cites the food industry, medical technology and the pharmaceutical industry as areas of application, as well as all applications with low load capacity requirements.
