Kim Fausing is the new CEO of Danfoss
At the beginning of July, Kim Fausing took over as the new President and CEO of Danfoss. In this role, he will focus on the company's digitalization strategy, among other things.
Kim Fausing previously held the position of COO in the top management team, working closely with Niels B. Christiansen, the former CEO of Danfoss. The latter decided to leave the company at the beginning of this year.
Prior to his new role, Kim Fausing was Executive Vice President & COO since 2008, responsible for all Danfoss segments as well as the Danfoss Business System and Global Procurement. He joined the company in 2007 as President of Danfoss Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. Prior to that, Mr. Fausing worked for Hilti Corporation from 1990 to 2006, most recently as Division President and member of the Group Executive Management Team at the company's headquarters in Lichtenstein.
Jørgen M. Clausen, Chairman of the Board of Danfoss, on his new CEO: "I am very pleased that we have found a highly competent successor in Kim Fausing, who has already played an important role in driving the positive development over the past nine years."
